That’s right folks, the first ever Indian-American crowned the 2014 Miss America last night and her name was Nina Davuluri. Fayetteville NY is just minutes outside of Syracuse New York and Nina captivated millions of of viewers from around the world in her path of becoming Miss America. This is a major landmark in history as well as history for the infamous Miss America Competition. Empire Life would like to thank Nina for bringing home the crown back to the Empire State.
